“Where is the new brewery?” Yes, that megastructure is the new Missouri River brewing co. in East Helena. We are the front 11000 sqr feet, with a seating capacity of 300. Neighbored to the east is Karmadillos Mexican.
Our brewery will be approximately 6,000 square feet divided between the brew floor and tap room. Our goal is to provide an atmosphere that is a bit different than the other local breweries. We will have a fire place with seating divided couches/coffee tables as well as traditional high and low top tables. Seating will also be divided between the main tap room floor as well as a mezzanine overlooking the Elkhorn mountains. During the warmer months, there will be outdoor seating available. We will have a “conference” room that can be reserved for private parties or other business meetings. Since there are already so many great breweries within a close distance, we aim to set ourselves apart in other unique ways. We will be brewing on two systems, 1) being a 10 barrel production system and the other being being a 1 barrel pilot system. As brewers, we enjoy pushing the boundaries and experiementing in new flavors of beer. Our 1 barrel brewing system will allow us the flexibility to try out new recipes and ideas without risking the loss of a larger batch of beer. The dual systems will also allow us to provide a wide array of beers that will hopefully suit anybody’s taste.
